Covid-19: WHO calls for a moratorium on booster doses until the end of September

“We urgently need to turn this around: from a majority of vaccines going to rich countries, to a majority going to poor countries,” said Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.


The WHO boss called on Wednesday for a moratorium on booster doses of anti-Covid vaccines to be able to make these doses available to countries which have only been able to immunize a tiny part of their population.
