Lior Raz behind the scenes of "Hit and Run": "My stunt double doesn't like me very much"
In the behind-the-scenes video of fight scenes in the series "Hit and Run" by Netflix, the star of the series and one of its creators, Lior Raz, seems to really enjoy kicking, punching and punching.
But discovers that he once snatched a powerful blow from the stuntman in the liver and felt pain.

Behind the scenes of the series "Hit and Run" (Netflix)
"My stunt double doesn't particularly like me, because it doesn't work much. But it's amazing," says Lior Raz, the star of Netflix's "Hit and Run" series and one of its creators, in a special video showing behind-the-scenes footage of beatings in the series. In the video, he is seen alongside stunt coordinator Ian McClellin and stuntmen. "I got beaten up, and I know how it works," Raz says. "I try to bring the martial arts I know to my character, and my experience, and I try to feel comfortable."
Raz also says in the video about the shootout: "Everything revolves around rehearsals, all people should work together in collaboration. This is what gives me a sense of life, you know? Fun, pleasure. There are two journeys here. My character goes through an emotional journey and an action journey. And as an actor, It's amazing to play these two journeys. "
While Raz is seen on the set very much enjoying kicking, punching, slamming, punching, choking, breaking glass and smashing variables with the stunt double.
However he added that sometimes he felt pain in the photos: "Yes, I got a little bit. The truth is that today he (the stuntman) gave me a strong blow to the liver. I felt it. It's a real pain."

The Israeli-American series "Hit and Run" is a thriller written by "Fauda" creators Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff, alongside international creators Don Prestwitz and Nicole Yorkin ("The Killing").
The series, which was filmed in Israel and New York, aired last weekend on Netflix, and has since topped the list of most watched content in Israel and around the world.
Raz plays Segev, an Israeli tour guide who is happily married to Daniel (played by Kailin Om), and his life is shaken after his wife is killed in a hit-and-run accident in Tel Aviv.
He realizes the accident is probably related to espionage matters, and flies to New York to find out the truth.
