Wait a minute, before the numbers and facts, we have something very important to tell you - for six generations the Nissan sports car had a number close to the Z - it stated the engine volume, i.e. 2.4 liters at 240, 2.6 liters at 260, 2.8 in -280 and so on with the 300, 350 and 370.
But this time it's just called Z, the official excuse is probably the contraction of the engine that returns to a volume of 3.0 liters with a turbo, but we have another idea - what if it is called Z, the last letter in A, B, C because it is the last of its kind?

The exterior design packs the proportions of a sports car with all the usual elements, but also contains tributes to previous generations.
If this is the front with the "original" as in the 240 and the protrusion in the center of the hood that remains a memory of the days of the six-cylinder engines in its column, the retro Z logo on the C-beam and the rear with lighting units reminiscent of those of the ZX300 -80 and throughout the 90s.

The Z will come in two versions, the regular and basic and a "performance" version - and no, the performance is not more powerful than usual, but comes with more comfort equipment and mechanical equipment for a better driving experience.
In terms of engine, Nissan avoids the temptation to amplify it electrically, even a little, here everything is based on a gasoline engine.
And we heard about the reasons behind this in Nissan's explanation back in 2019.
In this case, the 370's atmospheric 3.7 engine replaces the aforementioned 3.0-liter V6 engine with a pair of turbochargers.
The power is 405 hp (61 horses more than in the outgoing "Nismo" version) and 48.4 kg.
Unusually, Nissan will offer a choice between a 9-speed automatic and a 6-speed manual. Control of the launch will also be available recently.
According to Nissan, the acceleration to 100 km / h has been shortened by 15 percent compared to the outgoing generation, which means that if that one did it in 5.2 seconds, 15 percent less is something like 4.4 seconds.

Given the same wheelbase as the outgoing generation, and assuming the manufacturer does not invest the insane capital in developing a new platform for a single model, we cautiously assume that this is a heavy evolution to the base used by the outgoing generation.
The dynamic improvements are reported by Nissan in the form of a different geometry for the suspension, new shock absorbers with a larger diameter, electric steering with a number of hardening modes and response speed and in the performance versions also a limited-slip rear differential.
Other dynamic differences between the regular version and the performance are also larger brakes and more sticky tires (the usual 18-inch Yokohama, the Bridgestone Potenza on a 19-inch hoop in the performance).

In the cabin, the tribute to the previous models comes in the form of maintaining three analog indicators, despite the transition to a dashboard on a 12.3-inch screen.
The multimedia system on an 8-inch monitor in the standard version and a 9-inch in the performance.
Another difference between the two concerns the seats (usually manual, electric in performance).
The upholstery in the cabin will be available in three colors, black, blue or red.
Apart from the 240 units of the special version of the Z, the "Proto" will receive yellow upholstery alongside calipers in the same color, bronze-colored rims, a unique gear lever and more.

Well, then she made a wish, in the way she looked, in what she had under the hood, in the manual transmission and the rest of the sweets.
So now it remains only to understand when she comes to us.
Well the answer is that you will have to wait, and wait a long time.
According to Nissan's plans, it will start marketing the car in the second or third quarter of 2022, with the importer interested in bringing the car "a little later", what does that mean?
Not much, but unlike Toyota for example which is not even willing to put the Super in the showroom, it is also something.
