This Georgian burglar was crisscrossing the Val-de-Marne.

But this professional breaker has just fallen into the hands of the police again.

Levan, 30, was arrested in flagrante delicto in early August in Nogent-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne), by investigators from the Paris banditry repression squad.

The investigation began on July 12 on Boulevard Magenta when officials from the group for the fight against itinerant delinquency spotted this man who entered several jewelry stores and shops for the purchase of precious stones.

"He was showing images on a telephone to the managers of these stores, which made people think he had merchandise to sell," explains a source close to the case.

Levan is no stranger to law enforcement.

He has already been convicted of a burglary case.

The BRB investigators take him in spinning and lodge him in Perreux-sur-Marne.

The police scrutinize his phone and suspect him of having committed four burglaries since the end of June in Nogent-sur-Marne and Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, targeting only opulent freestone buildings.

He climbs up the facade and enters an apartment

On the first day of August, the police followed him to rue de la belle Gabrielle in Nogent.

The thief parks and scouts.

Meticulous, he sets his sights on a building in rue de la Source.

During the night of August 2 to 3, he took action around 1 a.m.

He climbs up the facade and enters an apartment on the first floor.

Forty minutes later, he comes out with a bag on his shoulder and heads for his car.

Careful, he deposits his booty in a thicket in the Bois de Vincennes.

He was arrested in the street and placed in police custody in Paris.

The police accuse him of having committed five thefts for a loss of approximately 100,000 euros. The search of his home enabled investigators to find the computer of a magistrate of the Paris judicial court who was among the victims. During the hearings, the suspect confessed. He was referred and imprisoned pending trial which will be held on September 15.
