Google recently launched some new phones in uncharacteristic silence: no announcement events and relatively sudden (so at least it was with the new Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro), and also the launch of the upgraded version of the Pixel 5, the Pixel a5 was relatively quiet ... Well, until yesterday .
This weekend, Google released a new commercial for the Pixel 5a, which is all one big parody of Apple's commercials and devices, and specifically - about who until recently was the company's chief and legendary designer, Johnny Abe.
All of Apple's announcements in recent years about iPhones and other devices have been accompanied by puffy videos of Abe's self-importance, which show various parts and engineering procedures involved in building the gadget, against the backdrop of Abe's celebratory music and narration, in which he often raved about how much the device or feature is Thin / powerful / two-life / magical (yes, Abe actually used, and not once, the title "magical" to describe features in an electronic device ...), along with excessive use of technical and engineering terms, dimensions and numbers.

Here is the original version of Apple:
These videos have become a perfect representation of Apple's pretentiousness, even when it comes to trivial features, which also exist among competitors (who did not release pretentious videos on them, but simply built them).
So it’s no wonder Google chose to target straight to the soft underbelly, creating a similar-style commercial video that all rhyme about the “circle,” and is all a mocking (but funny, it must be said) imitation of Abe’s pretentious and puffy serving style.
And wait patiently for the end of the commercial, so that you understand what that "circle" is:
