Stefano Rotella from Bolzano traveled the 1,377 kilometers that separate Trento from Budapest with e-skate. To complete the Guinness Book of Records feat, the 35-year-old technical designer implemented his electric skateboard with an electric conversion kit that gave him greater autonomy. After 13 days of long travel on the cycle paths in Italy, Austria and Hungary, Rotella arrived in Budapest. "The most difficult moment was a rainy and cold day. It was really hard, I had some hesitation, but I took the goal home," he tells ANSA.
Now he is waiting for the notification of his record (documented with gps, photos and videos) and he is already dreaming of a new venture: e-skate the Florida Keys,the famous seaside road link from Miami to Key West.
