God of War: Ragnarok, Spider-Man 2 and Gran Turismo 7: all the games they presented in PlayStation Showcase

PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles

.

And he did so on Thursday during the 40-minute PlayStation Showcase, a broadcast that had among the stellar announcements

God of War: Ragnarok, Spider-Man 2 and Gran Turismo 7

The Japanese company more than met the expectations that had been created in the previous days, where rumors pointed to a

sequel to the game God of War (2018) and a new version of the classic racing game by Kazunori Yamauchi

Technically adapted to the power of the PlayStation 5 console.

In total, 18 games were presented

, many of them exclusive for Sony consoles, most of which will arrive in the coming months;

although we will only see some great productions in future years.

Knights of the Old Republic Remake

Knights of the Old Republic Remake.

The Jedi will make their debut on the PlayStation 5.

The first to go on stage.

Through a brief preview, the Bioware studio made the official announcement of the classic RPG based on the universe of characters created by George Lucas.

For now there is no more information about it, except that it will be "made for PS5", as it could be read at the end of the clip, which suggests that it will be exclusive to that console.

Project EVE

The action adventure game takes place in the not too distant future.

Coming soon to the PS5.

It is a hack 'n slash action and combat game that looks similar to Bayonetta, which is developed by the South Korean studio Shift Up and is coming to PlayStation, Xbox and also on PC.

It is built on Unreal Engine 4 and the release date is not yet known.

GTA V and GTA Online will no longer arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S on November 11.

The free battle royale Vampire: Blood Hunt is renewed on the PlayStation 5.

was shown with a new trailer focused on the new characters eligible in this free battle royale that premiered on September 7 and will arrive this year on PS5.

Deathloop

Deathloop comes out on September 14.

The other Bethesda exclusive for PlayStation 5 was also shown in a trailer that outlined the premise of this immersive simulator: an infinite loop reminiscent of the movie "Groundhog Day."

Developed by Arkane Studios, the game will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5 - at least for a time - when it releases on Tuesday, September 14 this year.

Kid A Mnesia

To celebrate 21 years of the Kid A and Amnesiac albums, there will be a collaboration between PlayStation and the band

For now there are not many details about what exactly this experience will be, beyond the small teaser shown during the digital event.

There is no official release date yet, but the game Tchia is already more than confirmed for PS4 and PS5.

An open world adventure with a setting based on tropical New Caledonia, this is how Tchia was presented, which for now will arrive on PS4, PS5 and PC (via the Epic store) in early 2022.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves

The popular Marvel character will also have his game on the PlayStation 5.

After the successful Spider-Man and Miles Morales games, Insomniac Games is going for more with another of Marvel's most popular heroes:

The game is currently in development and has no confirmed date, although we do know that it will arrive exclusively on PlayStation 5.

Gran Turismo 7

After years of waiting, Gran Turismo 7 will finally make its debut with a version for PlayStation 5. Sony's classic motorsports game appeared with a new trailer that showed the classic gameplay of the series, but now with much more graphics awesome.

Gran Turismo 7 is due out in 2022, also on the PlayStation 4 console.

Spider-man 2

Insomiac Games, one of Sony's pampered studios, returns to the fray with Spider-Man in a new adventure that promises, and will even have the presence of Venom as a villain. 

After the spin-off with Miles Morales as the protagonist, which served to welcome him to PlayStation 5, the new video game will be called Spider-Man 2 and will arrive in 2023.

God of War: Ragnarok

All the rumors about the winner's sequel to GOTY 2018 (the acronym for Game of the Year, in English) were made concrete in this PlayStation Showcase.
