But to avoid queues for visitors to search for the burial of a loved one, the cemetery keeper recently put a database online to help locate them.

According to him, the database containing the error was put online "two / three days maximum" before the correction made at the end of last week.

He insisted that the cemetery had not been the scene of any incident since the three men were buried there, and not more during the short period when their names were visible.

“Nothing ever happened,” Beckers said.

Twenty men, including Salah Abdeslam, the only surviving member of the commandos, have been on trial since last Wednesday before the Special Assize Court in Paris for these attacks which left 130 dead on November 13, 2015, claimed by the Islamic State group.
