After its competitors such as the Volvo XC60, BMW X3, Mercedes GLC and even the new Lexus NX that will arrive here soon have already been equipped with plug-in versions of their models, it is Udi's turn to place its own representative in Israel in this category.



This is the plug-in version of the updated Q5 that was marketed starting in the country a few months ago.

The electrically amplified engine will come in both body configurations of the crossover, the standard and the "Sportback" with the "coupe" configuration.

The two versions also differ in their design packages, with the Sportback coming in sporty S-Line bumpers and a rear spoiler.



Like the petrol models, after the facelift, these versions also receive the digital dashboard, a B&O audio system with 19 speakers in the senior versions, climate control split into 3 areas and more.

Safety systems include automatic braking, adaptive cruise control, a "dead zone" vehicle warning, lane departure correction and a rear camera (360-degree camera only in the senior versions) and more.

The Q5 Plug-in will be marketed at two power levels, 50 and 55 in accordance with Audi's naming policy.

The propulsion in the plug-in version rests on the 2.0-liter gasoline engine that in combination with the electric unit offers a combined power of 299 hp and 45.9 kg in the 50 and 367 hp and 51 kg versions in the 55 version.
