Actor Alec Baldwin accidentally shot to death a photographer while filming

Baldwin used a gun that served as an accessory during the filming of a Western shooting scene, killing 42-year-old Halina Hutchins, who worked on the set as part of the camera crew.

The director, Joel Souza, was also injured in the shooting.

Fatal accident: Actor Alec Baldwin shot a gun that was used as an accessory in the production last night (Friday) - killed the photographer and wounded the director.
