A very bulky "little stroke"

With only a notebook, a pencil and two black markers, Margot Turcat wrote the logbook of her painful experience in the world of hospitalization, disability and addiction.


Margot Turcat is a happy teacher as a couple and as a family, whose world collapses on the morning of November 17, 2018.

Despite her young age (she is 33 years old), a blood clot suddenly obstructs the irrigation of her brain: it is a stroke.

Or rather, her

"little stroke",

as she derisively calls it in a comic strip devoted to her story.

Symbolized by a small character with a cerebellar figure wearing a bandage, this unfortunate companion serves as a guide to the narration in this book as sympathetic as it is educational.
