'Leading local youth', is an important project that takes place in the Emek HaMa'ainot Regional Council, in which young people take responsibility for cultural and social activities in their place of residence.

Orian Aviv, a 17-year-old participant in the project, spoke with Maayan Adam and told about the welcome initiative: "Mostly fun to donate together, it makes me feel good."

Joining the conversation was Rafael Farjun, who is leading the project, and responded: "I recognized the wonderful youth who want to contribute and want to work for the community, and all they needed was an adult to chart the path for them."
