"It is not related to marketing": Eyal Golan's lawyer reacts to the decision to sue the "pipe"

Singer Eyal Golan has filed a NIS 1 million lawsuit against Network 13 and "Tube" presenter Guy Lerer for promos for an investigation that is scheduled to be broadcast tonight (Wednesday) and deals with the marketing of agricultural land owned by a company he owns, claiming "stinging" customers.
In an interview with Golan Yokfaz and Anat Davidov on 103fm, Golan's lawyer, Dror Arad, said why they decided to sue: "Eyal Golan's company is not connected to the allegations they made."
According to Adv. Arad, Network 13 "has published dozens of publications of promos and introductions, in which repeating incorrect, outright false statements regarding Eyal Golan are very offensive - and it has created a broadcast mask that has covered virtually every possible viewer, including half a million Instagram followers." He added that certain allegations were attributed to Eyal Golan's real estate company "which is not related to the allegations."
