The agreement signed between the two companies allows customers to buy a Helbiz mobility voucher directly when purchasing the bus ticket through the Itabus website, to move by scooter or electric bicycles to the departure stop and also at the end. of the bus trip.
Likewise, through the Helbiz app, it will be possible to buy Itabus tickets. The service will initially be usable in all cities where both fleets are present, such as Milan, Turin, Naples, Rome, and will then gradually expand.
