The public hospital is emerging from the crisis weakened.

As if the hospital were a bottomless pit.
It is also that the health system is coming to the end of a cycle, that invented in 1945 and the Debré prescriptions of 1958, very hospital-centered, which today requires to be questioned about its effectiveness and its organization.
