Gal Gadot sat down for an interview with Neria Krauss and talked, among other things, about the venom she suffered on social media during Operation Wall Guard, when she wrote about the difficulty of both sides and the desire to live in peace.
Asked how it feels to always have the expectation of being Israel's ambassador all the time, she replied: "I am an ambassador on my own behalf. I am not an ambassador on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the state and I am not a national team. I am just an 'entertainer', I entertain. "I live the world of 'as if', but Israel is my home and it is important for me to paint it in colors that I know it is, and that's all I do."
When asked if there is a difficulty in this as well, Gadot replied: "It is always complex. Anyone who says that it is pleasant to receive antisemitic remarks or alternatively to receive eggs from home will lie. On the other hand, I would not replace it in life."
