Evolving between the Gulf of Genoa and the Balearic Islands, it causes a new episode of bad weather in the South-East.

During the day, this depression could also generate fairly marked thunderstorms in the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var as well as a brief, but strong gale on Monday morning with gusts close to 90 km / h between Menton and Cannes.
The alert trigger thresholds for these two departments are therefore approached.
Up to 120km / h expected
Météo France for its part evokes a "
violent gale from east to north-east, temporary but with unusual gusts
" and thus classifies the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var in orange vigilance.
