The division's first independent M1 BMW (Photo: Manufacturer's website)
For the second time in its history, the M Division, the performance arm at BMW is going to introduce an independent car under the brand.
The last time in 1978 it was the M1 was a supercar with a look and proportions that still remain perfect today.
But the different times bring the manufacturer to introduce a machine that is very unusual in terms of power and capabilities, but goes the safe way of providing people with what they like - big things that travel very fast, this time also with the help of a socket-charged electric system.

From a crazy sports car to this thing ... (Photo: Manufacturer's website)
The first thing that stands out is of course this bow.
If you liked good luck, you're going to see it in all of BMW's big luxury cars alongside the limited lighting units on its sides.
If you did not like it, take comfort, you are going to see it in all the big luxury cars etc etc ...
Until its entry into production towards the end of 2022 some changes will of course be made to its appearance, probably also the reduction of its 23-inch rims to more sane dimensions .
But you can see the basic and general lines already here.
The production itself will be made at BMW's factory in Spartanburg United States - which is expected to be the largest market for this vehicle.

Similar to what Mercedes did with the introduction of the AMG GT 63 SE Performance, also in the case of the XM it will be not only the first semi-electric performance model but also the most powerful of the M Division so far.
Combining the 4.4-liter BMW V8 engine with an electric motor will provide 750 hp and 102 kg.
The performance data was not provided, but the data that is taking the place of these - the range is definitely provided.
According to the company, the vehicle will be able to move to a maximum electric range of 80 km using its batteries.
