About 30 years ago, the United Nations declared December 3, Awareness of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and it is excellent in most countries of the world. On Thursday, more than 100 buildings were painted in light. Around this exciting event, Maayan Adam asked to speak with Avigdor Yitzhak, chairman of Mifal Hapayis, who is behind several exciting initiatives throughout the year for the benefit of people with disabilities in the country.

Yitzhaki and his friends at Mifal Hapayis make sure to contact all the companies in the economy to employ workers with disabilities, and happily says that the response is insane, "We are in a huge campaign of employment for people with disabilities recently. "Our high-tech graduates. The Fattal chain has also opened courses, as have Strauss and Shufersal. As I said, there is a huge response from business owners, and we, of course, do not freeze on the yeast and continue on the path." Yitzhaki explained that only 40 percent of people with disabilities who are able to work manage to be employed and integrate into the Israeli economy. According to him, their ambition is to increase the data to at least 60 percent.

He went on to talk about the special connection with the 'Wings of Krembo' organization, which has started a special youth movement that integrates children with disabilities into society.

This youth movement has 84 branches throughout the country, and is currently a member of the Lottery that will help it grow, expand, and continue to spread the light.

Yitzhaki spoke about the spirit of volunteering and mutual guarantee in the country, and said that although there are those who would say that this activity is the role of the government, they do not complain and continue on their way out of a mission.

Finally, Adam asked the chairman of the Lottery if he liked his job, and he replied with a smile that he had the best job in the world.
