In honor of the International Day for Equal Rights for People with Disabilities, Maayan Adam spoke with Idan Mottola, CEO of Shavim, who spoke about Mifal Hapayis' exciting collaboration with people with disabilities who dream of becoming journalists. Uri Yitzhaki, a journalist and presenter on Spectrum, who shared his personal experiences and said: "There are so many rejections in this world, so many people who treat you badly - that I almost gave up on the dream."
