New twist in the Nicolas Hulot affair.
As revealed by LCI, a woman who had testified against the former minister in "Special Envoy" filed a rape complaint at the end of November.
Information confirmed to the Parisian this Wednesday from a source close to the investigation.
On November 26, the day after the France 2 broadcast in which several victims implicated Nicolas Hulot, the Paris public prosecutor's office had indicated that it was opening "a preliminary investigation into the counts of rape and sexual assault" for facts likely to have been committed in Paris with regard to a minor victim, even though there was, at the time, no complaint.
The minor victim at the time of the facts
Sylvia, the alleged victim, reported to the police a rape which was allegedly committed in 1989, when she was only 16 years old.
In the report of "Special Envoy", she testified with uncovered face.
She recounted having received an invitation to attend the program that Nicolas Hulot then presented, "Antipodes", after having sent her a letter in which she "introduces herself, gives (her) age, like a teenager who writes to a star of the song ".
After having shared a breakfast with the host, the latter would have offered Sylvia to bring her back by car to a metro station.
It is in the passenger compartment, while they were parked in a parking lot, that Nicolas Hulot would have taken out "his penis and undid his pants" and forced his victim "to give him a fellatio", said Sylvia in "Special Envoy ".

Even if the facts denounced are prescribed, the prosecution had opened an investigation even before having a complaint, as it now does almost systematically with accusations of sexual violence against minors.
The idea is to determine, during the investigation, whether there are other non-prescribed assaults.
For the time being, Nicolas Hulot has denied all the accusations against him.
