INFO LE PARISIEN. The former journalist of Canal + is implicated by a hostess of the Parc des Princes for possibly inappropriate gestures

He is the subject of a preliminary investigation opened on November 20 for sexual assault.

According to our information, Pierre Ménès was placed in police custody on Thursday.

According to corroborating sources, the facts would have occurred the same day at the Parc des Princes in the context of the PSG-Nantes match (3-1, 14th day of Ligue 1).

Present as a spectator, the former sports journalist of Canal + is accused by a hostess of having had inappropriate gestures in the enclosure of the stadium by touching the chest of the young woman.

Heard by the police, the victim did not wish to file a complaint.

But faced with the gathered elements, the Paris prosecutor's office decided to open a preliminary investigation into the count of sexual assault.

Pierre Ménès disputes the facts and announced in our columns at the end of November to file a complaint for slanderous denunciation.

"Pierre Ménès attended the PSG-Nantes match," the lawyer for the former Canal Football Club columnist, Me Arash Derambarsh, told us.

He was accompanied by three people throughout the evening.

There was absolutely no problem.

The evening went very well and this is confirmed by the CERFA certificates of the three people who accompanied him everywhere.

My client will file a complaint for slanderous denunciation if their honor or consideration is damaged.

"

Sidelined last spring by the encrypted channel following the broadcast of a documentary which notably pointed out his sexist behavior, Pierre Ménès has since launched a new digital platform in which he continues to deal, in his own way, football news.
