And Yuval turns out to be someone who will be willing to do anything - but everything - to reach the final, including hitting, again, all the people he loves.

"VIP Survival": Ella tells about the eating disorders she had (Network 13)

I have never seen such a thing before - someone (Kobe) ringing a bell a minute before an immunity mission and then wasting a sea of energy, just to "prove to everyone here that there is a contender who needs to be treated." Mission Note Completed, our brother. It's the most unintelligent game I've ever seen in Survival.

A contender who needs to be treated does not give in to paranoia and wastes his only joker on Parsh, then gives his best fight in the game, on a mission on a chain of immunity that he does not need. But the psychological logic there is actually clear to me - precisely because he rang the bell and felt calm he could relax enough to do a good job.

Hysteria control is most of the story, and it is precisely here, not necessarily physically, that Michael's superiority is expressed, that he took the chain of immunity for the first time in the game, the first time he needed it.

The pressure of money-time could have caused any other contestant on the island to lose it at the level of functional impairment, but not for Michael - it just put him in the "zone" - for the whole mission he maintains a wonderful mental balance: on the one hand he gave everything That he has, and on the other hand made sure not to use his reserves for rainy days, and did not lose energy due to overexertion.

As one who would surely make too big movements, swallow full of water and drown immediately, it very much impresses me.

A great many moments in life fall and rise on anxiety, and mastering it is an art that not many of us know, because most of the time people do not even notice that they are acting out of anxiety. When we let our fears take over and do stupid things, even lose mental and physical skills - the ability to contain anxiety is actually one of the most significant keys to success in any significant situation in life, from dating, continuing a job interview, to crisis management.

For example Kobe, who acted like an absolute troll in this episode, but for some reason thought he was the oracle from Delphi.

What can I tell you, Kave Kave de la Uma would have understood the situation better than he did.

He roamed the tribe in an absurd state of nervous breakdown, combined with overconfidence, which led him to believe he knew exactly what was going on in everyone's head: "I know what the person thinks before he thinks it."

"I see everything, hear thoughts, nothing can pass me by. I know the person is lying even before he invents the lie, I have intuition."

In another moment he would lose control of the brackets.

The only thing his intuition was right about was recognizing his social status in the tribe - he is not good.

People do not trust him, nor love him, and one can understand why.

When will Zohar study?

Guy and Zohar (Photo: Screenshot, Network 13)

In his good moments Kobe takes people down by mocking behind their backs at their papers, like an accent, to please the "acceptable", and then threatens that his dad will buy you for three kilos of sirloin, very inferior methods to establish superiority. In his bad moments he is paranoid and manic, inventing a reality that does not exist and plots that did not happen and according to his imaginary findings and making silly moves. Instead of resetting himself and starting to play he gives weird speeches to the camera and makes Paul Gas moves in neutral proving that he just does not understand the game, and does not understand the people around him.

The analysis of his condition on the day of the mission was flawed from beginning to end.

Every conversation that took place seemed unrelated to him including those who could not possibly be related to him, like Shira and Baba Odelia with the Psalms.

Out of desperation Shira carries a prayer to God that she does not believe in so as not to be ousted in the Tribal Council, and Kobe, who stands a few feet away, decides that the two with the least influence in the tribe, just doomed his fate and from there straight ran to ring the bell because "there are chess leaves."

What the hell does that mean?

When Jackie asks him why he did not believe she was protected, he replies "there is no safer than insurance".

What it means?

No one knows, but it must be admitted that it's better than that time he told Jackie he had poop to come talk to Lia about joining the Libolan tribe.

"I have poop."

Pee.

Then the bell rang, and Zohar Strauss, the most sophisticated of all, came from the hut to a duel with one of the Apollo tribe. He chooses Shira, his ally. Supposedly because he has a plan, but in fact he chooses it because it is the only one he is sure he will win. When she asks why, he tries to convey to her in secret language his ingenious plan that should not only keep him in the game but her as well. And he has nothing. Besides anxiety to fail again in the same game that has already failed in the past. I'm really not clear on the man's obsession with survival, but he's pretty sure he's inventing strategies that don't exist, because it's probably not time to admit that the game of survival is not one of his talents.

Zohar wins because Shira intentionally loses (and let's not start talking at all about her narcissistic behavior towards him, which is so un-feminist that it's hard to describe) and in the next episode there will be the most confusing council ever - Shira will not vote, Zohar will use her voice, Kobi protected from the bell, Immunity - what's left?

Azolando and her obscure alliance with his uncle, Odelia and Lisa (who will probably get the necklace from Michael), and in addition, Yuval will also come to vote because that is how it was set sometime in the cabin, and do what his new leader tells him to do, unless someone stronger comes to the area.

Maybe the spirit of Ragnar Ludbrook Viking will come to him in a dream, and Yuval will start singing him hoarse songs about the Libolan tribe, caressing his muscles and telling him how amazing, genius and leader he is.

Griddy.

Yuval (Photo: Screenshot, Network 13)

At first I had a hard time believing that Yuval's quarrel with Lia was a move made calmly, as an excuse to move to a stronger alliance, but as the show goes on I have to admit she was probably right from the start. It really was an opportunistic excuse, and all the statements, talk and promises were meaningless. These promises are currently being fulfilled by other people, only this time no one believes anymore, including members of his own tribe, who in the last mission said it out loud and clear.

Apparently they realized that Yuval is a scumbag who knows how to say what is expected of him in any situation - like these children that all teachers love, and only those close to them know about all their convictions, capriciousness, and self-concentration.

The complete emotional disconnect when he feels threatened, and this tendency to cling to the strong man around also stems from anxiety - in his case, anxiety to stay this weird on the sidelines, and not one of the guys as he very much wants to be.

He himself said he did everything to be famous and did not let it go until he succeeded, including falling into the binge of entertainment and drugs.

He does not seem to have really changed, and this time too he remains greedy enough to do what it takes to reach the final, including hurting, again, all the people he loves.
