Yesterday, as mentioned, Margie appeared twice at Barbie - at 19:00 and 22:00. "It was crazy, it was amazing. You saw on my face that we were excited on the levels. People came and bought tickets for these shows and finished them within 24 hours. I thank you for that and now there will be more shows like this."
Why did you choose to perform at Barbie? This is not an obvious choice.
"I was here and really liked the atmosphere and the vibe. I knew I wanted to open gigs with musicians in front of an audience that could come and see me for the first time and that was the first thing I felt. There's really no reason but I'm right I was right because what was today was abnormal."
Your album is very much influenced by the eighties and sounds reminiscent of De Weekend. You were not born at all during this period.
"You're right, this is really a period I was not born in. It's one of the things that interests me the most and why I'm so connected to this period at all? I know in retrospect everything I've heard in life had elements from the eighties Eighties. After I finished my previous EP, I knew that was what I was going to do and I told it to everyone close to me - and that's what I did.
A recent announcement that you're done your way as a Castro presenter. what happened there?
"All I can tell is that now we are in communication with a lot of other bodies. Everything was really good and we had two amazing years together and we had the most fun in the world and I think it looks and is clear. But it is, everything is in good spirits and now I move on. "Something I do, with companies that I am connected to and believe in their way and that is also what will happen next."
Does that mean you were not connected to Castro?
"No no, we were two years together. Of course I was connected to Castro."
What are your plans for next year?
"Overseas, overseas, overseas.
The truth is that in general, I'm working so much on my career in the world and people still do not see it because it has not yet come out.
But I'm the most excited in the world towards this thing.
I fly a lot and come back, a lot of things in line and I'm just waiting to be heard.
This is the most important thing for me since I was a little boy and I am very excited about it. "
