A complaint against X for non-public insult was filed late Friday morning by Marine Le Pen's security officer.

The presidential campaign continues to stretch.

This Friday, the Versailles prosecutor's office announced that it had opened an investigation after the discovery Thursday of an insult targeting Marine Le Pen and a pro-Zemmour message "Z 2022", traced in the frost on a car in front of the home of the presidential candidate, in the Yvelines.

A complaint against X for "non-public insult" was filed late Friday morning by the security officer of Marine Le Pen, said the prosecution, which specifies that the concept of "degradation of the home" had not been noted.

He had previously confirmed the opening of a "procedure of the count of non-public insult" at the initiative of the police.

The candidate's entourage had indicated Thursday that inscriptions were on the wall surrounding the garden and the house.

According to a source close to the investigation, the inscriptions drawn in the frost had "quickly melted", before the arrival of the police.

Sandrine Rousseau and Adrien Quatennens also targeted

The finalist of the primary environmentalist Sandrine Rousseau, for her part, announced on Wednesday that she had lodged a complaint against X after damage, on the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, of the facade and the front door of her home, by stickers on the effigy of the far-right candidate Éric Zemmour.

The deputy of rebellious France Adrien Quatennens had reported the same day of degradations on his permanence against which were affixed stickers bearing the effigy of Eric Zemmour.

“Behind the civilized images of a Zemmour at the corner of the fireplace, his supporters put big breads in the face of peaceful activists, threaten the death of elected representatives of the Republic, degrade parliamentary offices.

Every day a little more.

Stop!

», Tweeted the parliamentarian.

Eric Zemmour had for his part "condemned" Wednesday evening a video in which two individuals, claiming to be of his sympathizers, trained in shooting and imagined in particular targeting Emmanuel Macron and elected Insoumis, and for which an investigation was also opened.

LFI deputy Alexis Corbière and former LFI spokesperson Raquel Garrido announced Tuesday that they had filed a complaint for "death threats and provocation to the commission of a crime".
