As reported by the Aargau canton police, the accident occurred on the main road between Auw and Rustenschwil.

On the wet road, the 54-year-old accelerated sharply with the Ferrari and then lost control of the projectile.

The vehicle came off the lane and hit a tree.

In the violent impact, the right front wheel of the sports car was torn out, as the pictures show.

The car came to a stop in an adjacent field.

54-year-old scraps a sinfully expensive Ferrari - and remains unharmed

As far as you can tell from the photos of the destroyed sports car, it is a Ferrari 458 Speciale.

This special version of the Ferrari 458 presented at the IAA 2013 is lighter and, with 605 hp, also offers increased engine performance.

The rear-wheel drive V8 mid-engined car sprints from 0 to 100 km / h in three seconds, and the top speed is 320 km / h.

The new price was around 240,000 euros.

The good news in the story: According to the police, the driver was unharmed.
