"I find it hard to believe I'm here": The injured traveler in Argentina recounts the dramatic moments

Eitan Shaked went on a trip alone in southern Argentina.

During the hike he fell into an abyss and for 24 hours lay wounded, bleeding and screaming for help, until he was located by hikers and evacuated to a hospital.

"If I had fallen another drop and rolled away - I would have been out of the game already."
