For the first time, a drama series inspired by the Moshe Katsav affair will be staged - this was revealed this morning (Tuesday) at a press conference of yes where the original productions for 2022 were presented. And appeared as a witness at the trial of former president and convicted rapist Katsav. The creators are Tamar Marom and Avraham Shalom Levy. yes stated that this year 43 original productions will be raised with an investment of about NIS 100 million in an Israeli work.

One of the most intriguing series to come up this year has changed its temporary name from "Animal" to "Children in the Forest." This is a psychological thriller signed by Dalit Kahn as a creator, writer, lead actress and director alongside Ilan Abodi. Other games in which Yiftach Klein, Lee Biran and Naomi Lvov will open. Kahn plays Chaya, a 40-year-old homeless woman in advanced pregnancy. Ami (Klein) is a police investigator who has a dark case in his hands, and at its center is a global criminal organization that deals with the trade in newborns through the Darknet. He does everything to recruit Haya as an undercover agent in order to reach the heads of the organization.

Other series that will air this year: a fourth season of "Fauda" in which its undercover heroes will go into action outside Israel for the first time;

"Dance of Fire" - the first TV series created by film director Rama Burstein about an ultra-Orthodox community, starring Yehuda Levy;

"Dana Kama" - a reality-comedy docu about the life of Eurovision winner Dana International.

The first day of filming for the series was filmed by Hitam at the press conference itself;

"Bloody Murray" - a romantic comedy about late bachelorette starring Rotem Sela and Naomi Lvov;

"Who Heard About Hava and Nava" - a new comedic drama by the creators of "My Successful Sisters", directed by Guri Alfi and starring Keren Moore and Hannah Leslau;

And a new season for the "Beauty Queen of Jerusalem" series.
