A Tesla driver reported on the bug in his vehicle on the Reddit platform in the Model 3 forum.

"My Tesla farts every time I open the door," writes the man.

According to his information, he has deactivated the “emission test mode” responsible for the noises and also the “blinker mode”.

Still, his doors would continue to “fart”.

Of course, many did not buy the story from the man - and asked him to post a video of it.

The Tesla driver finally complied with the request with the video - he posted a short clip in a comment on his story, which can be found here.

And the short film is actually quite funny: every time the man opens the door, there is a farting noise.

“I wasn't prepared for this to be this funny.

Another is so enthusiastic about it that he also wants to stop this function on his wife's Tesla: "Any idea how you did that?"

However, he would have already seen in a Tesla forum that other Tesla owners were also complaining about the problem.

The good news for the owner of the farting Tesla: In the end, he managed to turn off the fart at the door opening, as he later wrote.

“A soft reset fixed the problem.” But perhaps this strange bug will inspire Tesla boss Elon Musk (50) to actually introduce the door-pop function.
