These days, many nursing students from all over the country are volunteering at mental health hostels, where they accompany individual patients who need help and a listening ear.
Inge Shalev, principal of the Wolfson Hospital School of Nursing, said of the welcome initiative that began funding the Lottery in an interview on the 103FM social program: "We all know that psychiatry is the backyard of the health care system. The population there is weaker and more complex."
