. Accordingly, all license holders of the old class 3 vehicles of the new license classes B, BE, C1 and C1E are allowed to drive. When does the old class 3 driver's license have to be exchanged?
In general,
all driving licenses of the old class 3
must be exchanged by 2033, according to the ADAC.
All holders born in 1958 and older must exchange their paper driver's license by January 19, 2022.
Those born in 1971 and later have until 2025.
