Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo 400R: sports car is not a bargain

A British car dealer is offering a rare Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo 400R.
But the famous sports car is not cheap.
Yokohama (Japan) - In 2001, the film "The Fast and the Furious" was released.
The film series now includes eleven parts and is probably familiar to everyone.
In addition to superstars like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Vin Diesel or Jason Statham, the focus is always on the cars, such as Paul Walker's Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 from the second part of the franchise.
And the car also plays an important role in “Fast & Furios 9”.
In the USA in particular, the cult car is still in demand and fetches high prices.
A pristine example of the R34 was sold for over 300,000 US dollars (around 263,000 euros).
But there is still room for improvement, as an offer from the British car dealer Harlow Jap Auto shows.

This offers a very special model: a Nissan Skyline GT-R Nissmo 400R.
For the rare R33, the dealer calls a whopping 1.6 million pounds (about 1.92 million euros), as reported by 24auto.de.
But what makes the Japanese sports car so expensive?

This Nissan Skyline GT-R Nismo 400R costs almost 2 million euros.

Once again, the answer is: it's ultra-rare.
In fact, only 40 examples of the Nissan Skyline GT-R Nissmo 400R were built and this will be the last.
Worldwide, however, only 20 copies are proven to exist.
In addition, it is the last BN6 Deep Marine Blue V-Spec model.

And also the condition of the Nissan Skyline GT-R Nissmo 400R is amazing.
All stickers and windscreens are still original.
The chassis was restored with great attention to detail.
And the interior is also immaculate.
It was not without reason that the vehicle – which is a minor celebrity and goes by the name of Sully – was on the Nissan stand at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2016.

And the rare Nissan Skyline GT-R Nissmo 400R is also convincing on paper.
The Japanese sports car is said to have covered 61,000 kilometers.
Thanks to 400 hp, it manages the sprint to 100 km/h in just under four seconds.
