This Tuesday, the anti-terrorist prosecution said it had opened an investigation into the murder of a French tourist in Morocco on January 15.
"The National Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office today opened a preliminary investigation of the murder chief in connection with a terrorist enterprise," the prosecution said in a statement.
The investigations were entrusted to the General Directorate of Internal Security, to the anti-terrorist sub-directorate of the central directorate of the judicial police and to the central directorate of the judicial police.
The national, a 78-year-old woman, was stabbed at a market in Tiznit on Saturday.
On Monday, an investigation had also been opened under a terrorist qualification by Rabbah's general prosecutor's office.
