Boom of "rigged" scooters seized by the Local Police in La Spezia: in one year they went from 3 in 2020 to 52 in 2021. This is one of the data highlighted in the annual report on the activities of the Viale Amendola command, exposed today by the mayor Pierluigi Peracchini, the commissioner Filippo Ivani and the commander of the body Francesco Bertoneri.
