The first space film production studio could be launched in orbit at the end of 2024: the module, called See-1, will be coupled to the one that the American company Axiom Space will bring to the International Space Station (ISS) as a first step for the realization of the own private space station.
This is learned from Cnbc, which reports an agreement signed by Axiom with Space Entertainment Enterprise, the company founded by the producers who are organizing the shooting in orbit of Tom Cruise's film.
"Adding a dedicated entertainment venue to Axiom's Commercial Station will increase its usefulness as a platform for a global audience and highlights the range of opportunities offered by the new space economy," said Axiom president and CEO Michael Suffredini.
