Marc de Cacqueray-Valmenier, arrested again on Thursday for having violated his judicial control by participating last Saturday in an anti-sanitary pass demonstration, was imprisoned, we learned this Friday morning.
The 23-year-old man had been placed under judicial supervision since last December, which prohibited him from participating in a demonstration.
This figure of the far right had been arrested and then indicted after violence against activists of SOS Racisme during a meeting of Éric Zemmour in Villepinte, on December 5.
