Moreover, 64% of Israelis feel they have no control over their personal information online compared to 30% who do not feel that way and 6% who responded do not know.

And what does the public think about the advertisements that often jump out at us in a targeted manner when we surf social networks?

Well, here too the trend is clear - 58% are upset and 37% are not.

Dr. Assaf Wiener, Director of Regulation and Policy at the Israeli Internet Association, responded to the survey, saying: "The data illustrate that the Israeli public's concern about invading its privacy is not unique to one sector or another but common to all ages and social sectors." D. Naama Materso Karpel: "The results of the survey illustrate the dismal state of privacy in Israel.

The great gap between the extent to which the issue of privacy bothers the public, and the amount of it that Knesset members in Israel are dealing with - shouts to heaven. "

The survey was conducted by the Roshink Institute among a representative sample of the population in Israel.
