In Switzerland, a 21-year-old was flashed by the police during a Porsche test drive.

He's rid of his driver's license now.

Sankt Moritz (Switzerland) – If you are too fast in Switzerland, you have to reckon with severe penalties.

Already at up to 5 km / h more 37 euros are due.

Anyone who has more than 20 km/h too much on the speedometer outside of built-up areas pays a fine of an unspecified amount.

From 25 km/h too much, the driver even risks imprisonment and a driving ban.

A consequence that is now also threatening a 21-year-old Estonian, as reported by 24auto.de.

As part of the Gourmet Festival in St. Moritz, the man took part in a guided Porsche test drive.

With the borrowed sports car he drove on the Engadinerstrasse H27 from Celerina in the direction of St. Moritz.

However, the young Estonian was not too particular about the speed limit of 80 km/h and drove the Taycan almost twice as fast as allowed.

The measurement in the inner gorge showed that the man was traveling at 159 km/h and was therefore 79 km/h faster than allowed, as the Graubünden cantonal police said in a statement.

The officials then stopped the man who lives in Switzerland and revoked his driver's license.

The man was also reported as a speeder.

In addition, the officers of the Graubünden cantonal police also caught two colleagues of the 21-year-old Estonian, who were also clearly traveling too fast.

One of the two was traveling at around 123 km/h and was therefore 53 km/h faster than allowed.

The group was traveling with another test driver and an instructor, but got separated at a roundabout.

The trio is said to have dropped behind a truck so far that the instructor no longer had an eye on them, as Porsche spokeswoman Inga Konen explained to the 20min.ch portal.

“Obviously we are not happy about such behavior.

We will not tolerate endangering public transport," said Konen.

Due to the incident, Porsche had temporarily suspended all free rides.

In the future, guided trips will always be accompanied by two instructors.

One drives in front of the group and the other behind.
