Fast tapping

Want to take a screenshot or run specific apps?

Starting with the iOS 14 update, Apple allows you to use the "back-tap" feature, so that with two or three taps on the back (even with a cover), you can perform a long list of actions.

Here's how to turn on the feature: Make sure you have iOS 14 or higher, go to Settings> Accessibility> Touch, and tap Backspace.

Tap 'Double tap' or 'Triple tap' and select an action.

Next, double-tap or triple-tap the back of the iPhone to activate the action you set.

Cancel action

Want to delete a word?

go back?

You can perform Undo and Redo operations in Apple applications (like "Notes") in two ways - sliding right with three fingers, or by shaking the device.

Also, in the built-in calculator on the iPhone, if you made a mistake when entering a number, swiping left or right on the top of the monitor will cancel the last action.

Scan documents quickly

No, you really do not have to download an external application, and to scan a document you can simply use the "Notes" app that is already on your iPhone.

How It Works?

Create a new note, tap the camera button Tap the camera button to start scanning a document, and then tap the "Scan Documents" document scan icon.

Now, place the document in front of the camera.

Then drag the corners to fit the scan to the page size, then click "Leave Scan".

Then, tap "Save".

You can add more documents to the end result - and later send in a message by email or send on WhatsApp.

Personal design of the applications

You may not know it yet, but starting with the iOS 14 version Apple allows you to modify and design the icons of the apps. This means that in a few simple steps you can select a particular app - and decide that its icon will be from now on, for example, a picture of you or your pet.

To add custom icons click on the "Shortcuts" application, then the + (plus) sign in the upper right corner. Then, click "Add Action" to select a new app, then click on the "Applications" menu and find the app and action you want to perform.

To customize the new logo of the app, click on the menu in the application you just created (three-stripe button with dots), then click the same button again - and click "Add to home screen". Then, click on the icon below the "Name and icon on the home screen" panel and select the desired image from the gallery. And this is, the new icon on your home screen.

Hide photos from your gallery

Do not want certain images to be exposed so that they do not appear in your library

Open "Images", select the image or video you want to hide and then click the "Share" button, then click "Hide".

You can find the hidden album on the "Albums" tab.

However, it is important to note that the "Hidden" album is enabled by default on the iPhone, but can be hidden.
