For the first time, Netflix will support Israeli filmmakers: The Sam Spiegel School of Cinema is launching today (Monday) an international incubator for TV series supported by Netflix and ViacomCBS.
The collaboration between Netflix and the Sam Spiegel incubator for the series is the first time that Netflix has supported projects by Israeli creators at the beginning of their journey.
As part of the support, Netflix will award the Outstanding Project a series development award that will allow the winner to advance the script.
In addition, American producer and screenwriter Jill Condon will be hosted at the incubator and provide artistic accompaniment to the cast.
Netflix support also includes the participation fee for all Sam Spiegel Incubator participants for the series.
