The Bushari era dreams of opening "Mileage?": A local food restaurant that combines at-risk youth
Idan Bushari is a young chef who worked and was educated by Chef Assaf Granit in Mahniuda.
Now he wants to open his own restaurant that will include local Israeli cuisine - from north to south, and integrate at-risk youth into the work.
