The exit of Israeli society

Chip giant Intel announced this morning (Tuesday) that it is acquiring chipmaker Tower Valley Semiconductor for about $ 5.4 billion.

This is Intel's biggest deal since acquiring Mobilai in 2017 for $ 15 billion.

"With a rich history, Tower has built an incredible array of unique and advanced analog technologies and manufacturing solutions based on deep partnerships with customers, along with global manufacturing capabilities. I could not be more proud of our company and our talented and dedicated employees," said Russell Elwanger, CEO.

Apple's new operating system

Apple's augmented reality (AR) glasses, which hit the market in 2023, will be based on a new operating system developed by the company called realityOS - according to the identification of an application developer named Matthew David, published on the MacRumors website.

According to an earlier report they are expected to combine six to eight optical components that will provide real-time graphics and video on the mirror.

In addition, the processing power of the new glasses may be at the level of a computer processor, which will allow them to operate wirelessly without cables (like the Meta Quest glasses).

Hills is coming to Facebook

Reels, the clone of the Tiktok app embedded in Instagram, has begun appearing in recent days to users of the Facebook app in Israel.

With the new feature, which appears both in the news feed and in a dedicated tab at the top of the app - alongside the "Stories" and "Rooms", users can watch videos and record new clips that will be posted on their profile.

Elon Musk breaks another record, almost

Once again Ayalon Musk, the richest man in the world and owner of Tesla and Spice X, manages to surprise and big: According to a Bloomberg news agency, Musk donated $ 5.7 billion to a charity from Tesla shares - and is on his way to another title as the "biggest donor in history."
