For women only: programming and writing codes already in middle school
After realizing that very few women study and engage in high-tech, two computer science students founded the "QueenB" association, which instills in young girls the secrets of the programming profession.

"QueenB" allows middle school girls from all over the country to learn programming and writing codes in a female space, and thus they are accompanied in finding their first job in the industry.
Keren Shemesh, one of the instructors at the association, said in an interview with the social program on 103FM: "The percentage of those who study and engage in computer science is low in relation to the proportion of women in the population, and the association has come to understand that this starts at a young age."
