Meta, formerly of Facebook, held a press conference last night (Wednesday) that dealt with the role of artificial intelligence in building the ambitious Matevers.
Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has unveiled significant breakthroughs in hardware and software, such as artificial intelligence that can translate foreign languages in real time and the ability to create virtual worlds using voice commands
. "These worlds will be very dynamic, so we will need to develop an artificial intelligence that knows how to understand context and learn quickly in the same way that humans learn."

The company has announced a long-term effort to build language tools and machine learning that will include most languages in the world.
Meanwhile, the company is building a new and advanced model of artificial intelligence that can translate all written languages in the world, learn from languages with fewer practice examples and produce excellent quality translations into hundreds of languages.
In addition, Meta is developing the Universal Speech Translator, a tool that will allow real-time translation of speech in one language into another - thus addressing spoken languages and bridging language barriers around the world.
"The ability to communicate with anyone in any language is a power that people have dreamed of since the dawn of humanity - and it is artificial intelligence that will enable this power to be realized even today. We have the opportunity to improve the Internet and set a new standard for human communication. "We are coming. If we can do it right, it could be a great example of how artificial intelligence connects people on a global scale," Zuckerberg added.
Alongside this, Zuckerberg introduced the Builder Bot, a learning system (AI) that would allow the creation of complex virtual worlds by providing only voice commands.
For example, as soon as you say "let's go to the beach", the bot will receive an order and surround you with sea, sky, sand and three-dimensional trees.
