In Marktoberdorf, a stranger rammed a car.

He then left a note and a curious reparation.

Marktoberdorf – Very few motorists like to see a note on their car.

Usually it is either a ticket because you parked wrongly or the business card of a used car dealer.

However, it often happens that other drivers leave their contact details on this way after a parking bump.

Many drivers still think that they can avoid the annoying call to the police in this way, as 24auto.de reports.

Of course, that's not true, and yet some drivers seem to like to leave a note.

If only to tell people not to park on a certain street.

In Marktoberdorf in the Allgäu, a car owner recently also found a curious note on his car, as reported by the "Allgäuer Zeitung".

This had previously been hit by an unknown person.

However, he also had no desire to report to the police and instead wrote a note.

As compensation, the stranger put 20 euros behind the windshield wipers.

So far so good.

If he hadn't forgotten one crucial piece of information: his personal details.

To do this, he left a 20-euro note behind the windshield along with the note.

On the note, the stranger explained that he left the money there because nobody was there.

Car damaged: damage is 300 euros

However, the stranger clearly underestimated the damage done to the parked car.

Instead of 20 euros, this was a whopping 300 euros.

The Marktoberdorf police are now looking for witnesses who can provide information about the fugitive accident driver.

They can call 08342/96040.

However, many drivers also like to hand out a note for other reasons.

In the USA, a Honda driver was recently pointed out for his poor parking skills.

Another case from the USA shows that a note is not always necessary for this.
