Local Pride for International Women's Day:

Intel Israel today (Tuesday) launched a worldwide technological development whose purpose is to understand, using artificial intelligence algorithms, what women need to focus on at the beginning of their professional path in order to succeed in the job market.

The project, which was initiated by Intel two years ago, is now escalating and becoming a global move.

This is a special initiative, AI FOR WOMEN, based on the assumption that every woman in the labor market has formulated for herself throughout her career insights based on her experience, wisdom, and conclusions she has gathered throughout her professional path.

Intel gathers these insights through a dedicated website (aiforwomen.ai), and on the basis of the list it runs advanced models of artificial intelligence (AI) aimed at refining the list of most important tips, and concentrating in one place the collective wisdom of women in career issues.

The tips of the software

So far this year, the software has analyzed the advice of only Israeli women and meanwhile, from an initial analysis of thousands of tips and insights from women, AI technology has found that the insights of a third of women (34%) are that women should take advantage of opportunities and be motivated to manage They are advancing in their careers.

At the same time, about one-fifth of women (22%) raised points related to self-confidence and fearlessness.

The message to women is that they must believe in themselves and recognize their value - not be afraid to take risks, step out of the comfort zone, express their opinions at every opportunity, compete for roles that seem "big on them" and take advantage of opportunities to their advantage.

These findings are expected to be updated and changed after the analysis of the insights of women from around the world is completed in the next two months.

These will share their own insights in dedicated posts, and at the end of the project all collaborations will crystallize into a refined list of insights that will be built using AI technology for each woman's use.

The campaign will be published on all of Intel's global social media channels, so if if to date Intel's artificial intelligence has analyzed insights based on thousands of tips from Israeli women, as mentioned, the expectation now is to gather tens of thousands of insights from women from all over the world.

The person who initiated the project and is leading it for the third year is Bella Abrahams, VP of Government, Communications and Society at Intel.

Every woman carries with her many insights as to the way she has done.

By analyzing the conclusions of the 'wisdom of the masses', we help many women and even reduce the gaps that exist between women and men in many workplaces.

This year I am proud that our project goes beyond the borders of Israel and will be enriched with tips from various women around the world, thus creating an international database. "

It is important to note that the campaign is entirely social, in collaboration with two global women's organizations, and has no profit motive other than promoting gender equality.
