Following the storm in the "Survival VIP" final, winner Ella Eibinder hired lawyers and forwarded a letter to Abbot Hameiri, the producer of "Survival", in which she rejects the claim that she smeared flammable material in the final task on the rope in order to speed up his fire and win, claiming her victory was justified and fair. .

The letter claims, among other things: "From the time she won the award, officials who were staring at the award began to spread lies and fabrications, according to which they smeared flammable material on the rope during the 'fire test' and thus defeated Mrs. Jackie Azoulay. "The tools at her disposal. We watched the 'fire test' and saw clearly that the contact with the rope was made using the index finger while the stone of the fire touched these with only the thumb - even before the facilitator announced 'get going'."

The letter was sent for production yesterday through attorneys Aharon Malka and Elad Shaul, who also represented Asi Bouzaglo, the winner of the previous season of "Survival," following the disqualification of jury votes following Israel Oglebo's bribery claim against Bnei Baruchim.

It was further alleged in the letter that in the final program "Ella shared with the participants and even the program editor Roy Strykowski who entered her room during the final event, that she feared that the program production would wet the rope, before the fire test, in order to promote Jackie's victory. "Check that the rope is not wet. Nevertheless, you are conducting an aggressive 'inspection' procedure that is flawed in its good name - in relation to the event being filmed from every direction and angle."

"We reject with disgust any attempt to claim a question that spreads flammable material, one way or another, in a live broadcast in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers - a claim that is, by its very nature, defamatory of these and obscures the joy of winning honestly. "For these, for no injustice to the paw, it causes her a lot of pressure and stress that harms her health - we consider the production of 'survival' responsible for her health condition, for all that this implies."

Attorneys Aharon Malka and Elad Shaul added: "Ella Eibinder gained survival after putting in the most effort, behaved fairly and athletically and prepared herself for the challenges in the program. "The contact fire was through the thumb. Sometimes you just have to know how to lose with dignity, that's all."

On Saturday night, there was a "VIP Survival" final, at the end of which a fire test took place between Jackie Azoulay and Ella Eibinder - after the two reached a tie in the jury. The legal department of Network 13 began investigating yesterday whether these violated the format rules and whether the move was correct. Eibinder herself denied the allegations, saying that she only checked that the rope was dry. .

Jackie Azoulay told Walla yesterday!

Culture: "If there was something wrong and illegal I'm sure the network and production will check it in depth properly. I woke up this morning after thinking it's all behind me, and here's another drama. Many survivors have told me that in life they would not do business with me in private life, but it turns out that in real life I am the most loyal and honest there is. And the rest - less. If it's true - it hurts me a lot for these. It's probably not Ella's brain. Probably someone told her to do it. And whoever told her to do it just knocked her down. "It's not fair. I hope justice is done, here or there."
