Another achievement for the Israeli television industry: The "Zero Hour" series of Here 11 won the Best Series award and the Best Actress award - Mia Landsman - at the prestigious "Cannes Series" festival.
Against "Hour Zero" competed, among other things, a new series by Oscar winner Oliver Hirschbigel ("The Fall").
The series was also nominated in other categories: Special Award for Interpretation, Best Music, Best Screenplay, Young Jury Award and Dior Award - but did not win them.
The president of the jury was Fanny Herero, creator of the series "10 Percent" and "Making Laughs".

"Zero Hour," created by Dikla Keidar and directed by Eitan Tzur, focuses on a political confrontation that breaks out in a citizenship class between a teacher and a student and goes far beyond the boundaries of the classroom.
The mini-series, which has only six episodes, was recently aired here 11.
