The Easter weekend seems to have been ticked off well in advance by rave-party enthusiasts, who saw it as an almost unique opportunity to gather for three days in a row.
Several undeclared events were underway this Sunday in eastern and western France.
A thousand people in the Doubs
The organizers had cast doubt on the exact location of the party, but the rumor of a rave party in the north east of France during the Easter weekend had been circulating for several days on social networks.
According to the Republican East, it is in Mancenans (Doubs), a rural village located about twenty kilometers from Montbéliard, that the "teufeurs" put down their sound systems this Sunday.

Following the first rumors about the organization of an event in the North-East, the prefectures of the Territory of Belfort, Haute-Saône and Vosges had issued orders to prohibit "any gathering of a musical nature" on the all of their territories, with the exception of the Doubs prefecture.
1,500 revelers in Loire-Atlantique
Nearly 800 km away, in Fay-de-Bretagne (Loire-Atlantique), nearly 1,500 revelers gathered in front of three imposing sound walls for another rave party, according to France bleu.
According to the radio, which found that at least 500 cars were parked on a farm, they would have settled on Saturday evening around 10 p.m. The owner of the land filed a complaint.

Another undeclared party, started on Saturday, was still going on this Sunday in the forest near Forges-de-Lanouée, in Morbihan, Ouest-France reported.
