Tesla ordered, messed up: This is what happened to a German customer.
Because the manufacturer is stubborn, a so-called “Tesla lawyer” intervened.
Rosenheim – The fact that Tesla delivers its cars with fluctuating quality is one of the well-known characteristics of the electric car pioneer.
An expert was very impressed by one of the first Model Y from the new Gigafactory in Grünheide, while other experts and buyers complained about sloppiness in vehicles.
The latter group clearly includes the German customer, who had been waiting with anticipation for his copy of the popular Tesla Model 3 - and after delivery of his long-range version produced in the USA was bitterly disappointed with the workmanship.

Apparently, the 37-year-old had caught the magnificent example of a so-called Monday car.
He had already noticed the crooked steering wheel on the drive from the delivery center, later he noticed unacceptable gap dimensions, a protruding bumper, a sloppily painted front apron and a generally irregular paint finish, in which, according to him, the primer shows through.
"The car looked like an accident car - and I've been asked about it several times," said the entrepreneur to the "efahrer.com" portal.

The complaint about the 52,000 euro car was unsuccessful, this corresponded to the “Tesla standard”, the manufacturer explained.
So the buyer turned to a very special type of legal counsel – namely the “Tesla lawyer”, as Christoph Lindner from Rosenheim calls himself.
He has specialized in a type of litigation about electric cars that didn't even exist a few years ago: from trouble with the environmental bonus to accidents and quality defects.

The list of defects with 20 (!) points, which the lawyer sent to Tesla with the request for another car, did not impress the manufacturer either.
So they met in court, which appointed an expert.
He expressed himself clearly, as quoted by "efahrer.com": "In terms of quality, the vehicle does not correspond to the recognized rules of technology, considered across manufacturers".
A repair price of 10,047 euros was set for the elimination of defects and defects, of which 4,112.50 euros alone for the working hours.
The process is still ongoing, the customer's claim is clear: he would only like his money back in extreme cases, much rather a new Tesla Model 3 Long Range.
But please from Chinese production - their vehicles are considered to be much better processed than the American ones.
